Terms of Use
Effective date: September 29, 2026
About These Terms
These Terms of Use explain the rules for using the Chronosero website at chronosero.com, including its public content, the Discovery form and the website’s contact options.
These Terms cover use of the website only. They do not set the terms for any automation project, consulting work or other service Chronosero may provide. Any paid engagement may require a separate written agreement.
Who Operates Chronosero
Chronosero is operated by Michael Pruitt in California, United States.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to michael@chronosero.com.
Using the Website
You’re welcome to browse the website and use it to learn about Chronosero and to contact Chronosero about a possible project. When you use the website, please:
- use it only for lawful purposes;
- not interfere with, disrupt or damage the website or the systems that run it;
- not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems; and
- not misuse the Discovery form or other contact options, for example by sending automated, bulk, false or abusive submissions, or by submitting a request on someone else’s behalf without their permission.
Chronosero may take reasonable steps to protect the website, such as limiting excessive requests or filtering suspected spam.
Discovery Requests
The Discovery form lets you describe a process your team repeats by hand, so Michael can review it and consider whether automation may help.
Submitting a Discovery request is an inquiry. It does not by itself:
- create a customer relationship or a paid engagement;
- mean that Chronosero will take on your project; or
- set any project scope, price, schedule or deliverables.
Michael personally reviews Discovery requests and follows up about them directly. Before any work begins, further conversation and a separate agreement may be needed.
Information You Submit
Please share only information you are allowed to share, including information about your business or your employer’s systems and processes.
The Discovery form asks for a description of a process, not for sensitive details. Please do not include:
- passwords, login details or other access credentials;
- Social Security numbers or similar government identifiers;
- bank, card or other financial account details;
- highly sensitive personal information; or
- confidential information that is not needed for an initial conversation.
The description fields accept whatever you type, so the form cannot prevent this kind of information from being entered. Please leave it out.
Privacy
Chronosero’s Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through the website and Discovery process is collected, used, retained, and handled. The Privacy Policy is a separate document from these Terms.
Website Content
The text, graphics, logo, branding and other content on the website belong to Chronosero or to their respective owners, and are protected by applicable law.
You may view the website and print or save pages for your own use, including to evaluate whether Chronosero’s services fit your business. Please do not copy, republish or redistribute the website’s content for commercial purposes, or use the Chronosero name or logo in a way that suggests a connection with or endorsement by Chronosero, without permission.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website may refer to or link to websites and services run by others. For example, selecting an email address on the website opens your own email program. Those websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and Chronosero does not control them.
Website Availability and Changes
Chronosero may update, change or remove any part of the website, including features such as the Discovery form, at any time. The website may occasionally be unavailable, for example during maintenance or because of technical problems, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Informational Nature of Website Content
The website describes Chronosero and the kinds of automation work it offers in general terms. Examples, sample workflows and demonstrations on the website are illustrations, not results for a specific customer.
Content on the website is not a promise of any particular outcome, such as specific time or cost savings, return on investment, productivity or revenue improvements, or compatibility with a particular system. What a specific project will involve can only be determined by discussing that project, and any commitments for a paid engagement would be set out separately in writing.
The website does not provide legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice.
Disclaimer
The website and its content are provided for general information about Chronosero. Chronosero works to keep the website accurate and available, but does not guarantee that the content is complete, current or error-free, or that the website will always be available or free of technical problems.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chronosero is not responsible for losses that result from your use of, or inability to use, the website or its content. This section applies only to use of the website. It does not apply to any separate agreement for a paid engagement, and it does not limit any responsibility that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
Chronosero may update these Terms from time to time. When it does, the updated Terms will be posted on this page and the effective date at the top will be updated. Changes apply to use of the website from the time they are posted. They do not change any separate written agreement you may have with Chronosero.
