Automation Lab

See a workflow do the work.

Three interactive demonstrations built on fictional data. Run one, watch the information move, and make the decision a person would make.

Demonstrations

  • Fictional data

Every document, name and number is invented for the demonstration.

  • Runs in your browser

The demonstrations are scripted. Nothing you click is sent anywhere.

  • A person decides

Each one stops at the point where a person would review, approve or correct.

  • ConstructionDocument intake & extraction

    Construction bid package

An invitation to bid arrives. Its requirements are pulled out with their sources, a conflict in the addendum goes to the estimator, and the bid calendar and forms checklist are prepared.

  • Real EstateFollow-up, deadlines & reminders

    Purchase agreement → transaction timeline

A signed purchase agreement arrives. Its dates are extracted, a term changed by the counter-offer goes to the coordinator, and one transaction timeline is built with reminders.

  • Accounting & FinanceMatching & exception checks

    Invoice intake & processing

A vendor invoice arrives by email. Its details are extracted and checked against the purchase order, a price difference goes to the approver, and the invoice is routed and filed.
